SHOUT OUT TO THE CHEERLEADERS

Austin High School Cheerleaders leave today for NCA (National Cheerleading Association) Nationals in Dallas, Texas. The Austin squad is made up of 12 members — 6 from Varsity and 6 from Junior Varsity. Varsity Members–Kelly Gilbert, Carrie McWilliams, Vivian Nguyen, Jenny Kaufman, Jordan Curl, Mallory Culbert. JV Members–Danielle Evans, Hannah Johnson, Breanna Shapley, Aiyana McRae, Erica Coleman, Chasity Henry. The Lady Bulldogs will compete on Saturday at 1:57pm and then hopefully compete in the finals on Sunday.
Awards are at 2:30pm. They are competing in a small high school division with 27 total teams from Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and California.
