8/12: New Regs for FAN SHIRTS

Note regarding FAN SHIRTS:

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get t-shirts pre-approved before selling them or offering them to students/fans. I would hate for parents and students to purchase a shirt and not be able to wear it to events.

Here’s a few helpful hints when helping students/parents develop a shirt:

1. If the “phrase” on the shirt has a double meaning, it’s most likely not going to be approved.
2. If the “phrase” is a lyric from an inappropriate movie, song, or any genre, it’s most likely not going to be approved.
3. If the “phrase” can be substituted for an inappropriate phrase, it’s most likely not going to be approved.

I’d recommend the basics on a shirt…..the name of the club, sport, organization and AHS……

All t-shirts require approval. Let me know if you have questions.
