Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital will perform physicals for middle school and high school students participating in extracurricular activities on Wednesday, August 24 at Hopson Field House from 6 – 8 p.m. No appointment is necessary. The cost for the physical is $20; cash only will be accepted.

Reminder: Athletic Physical Guidelines Change for 2016-17 School Year
Beginning with the 2016-17 school year, all student athlete physicals must be performed on or after May 1, 2016 and will not expire until July 31, 2017. This change will prevent students from becoming ineligible in the middle of a sport season due to the expiration date of their physical exam. Please note, if your student has already received a physical this school year, it will expire on July 31, 2016.
Fort Bend ISD Policy states any student that is participating in a UIL athletic sport must have a completed physical exam signed by a physician on file with the District prior to their first practice. Questions should be directed to your campus coaching staff.
